Prices
and conditions

Prices are indicated per apartment per day. During the main season, stays are only from Saturday to Saturday.

In any case, do not hesitate to request a personalized offer, in which, where possible, we could take into account your particular needs.

All prices include:
VAT, water, heating, electricity, outdoor private parking, final cleaning, bed linen and towels with weekly change, WI-FI connection, ski/bike room with a ski boot dryer.

To the indicated prices will be added the local tourist tax of Euro 1.90 per person (over 14 years old) per day.

Reservation and confirmation deposit:
The reservation becomes binding upon payment of the deposit agreed and the receipt of our written confirmation. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer to:

Payment modes:
The accommodation bill can be paid in the following ways:

• in cash for total amounts of less than 1999.99 Euro by the day before departure;
• by bank transfer (in this case the payment of the stay should be transferred at least 3 days before your departure);
• by bank check;
• by credit card and debit card;

In case of late arrival, early departure or smaller number of guests, the total price of the reservation will be billed.

Cancellation policy:
Unforeseen circumstances may always happen and a cancellation is unpleasant for both parties. The right of withdrawal is not provided by the "Consumer Code". Nevertheless, we offer the following cancellation terms:

• if the cancellation is communicated 90 days before arrival: loss of the confirmation deposit;
• if the cancellation is communicated between 90 and 30 days before arrival: 40% of the total price is charged;
• if the cancellation is communicated between 30 and 9 days before arrival: 70% of the total price is charged;
• less than 8 days before arrival, late arrivals, lower number of guests, early departures or no-show: 90% of the total price is charged;

Check-in and check-out:
Check-in: from 3 p.m. (please call about an hour before your arrival).
Check-out: till 9 a.m.

Travel insurance:
We recommend you to contact your insurance company and insure your journey against cancellation, early termination or late arrival.

Pets:
Pets are not accepted.

No smoking:
Smoking is not allowed in all apartments and common areas.

Visits:
Guests should inform the owners about all visitors if they don’t stay in one of our apartments.

Furniture:
We ask our guests to take good care of the high quality furniture and the fine textiles of our house.
